Resources | Payroll | Risk Management is located in the 422 West Fairbanks Building, which is a secure location. Faculty and staff can access the building at all entrances with their R-card or by calling a staff member in the building from the call box. The call box is located by the door in the alcove to the left of the front doors. Limited parking is available at this location. Parking is available at the Truist Parking Garage.
Directions to Truist Parking Garage
From the South or West
Take I-4 East to the Fairbanks Avenue exit. Turn right onto Fairbanks and drive approximately 2 miles to the Park Ave. (Look for the 7-11.) Turn LEFT (north) onto Park Avenue heading away from the main campus. Proceed north on Park Ave. for two blocks. Turn right onto Lyman Ave. The parking garage is half-way down the block on the right. Please park on the second level and above.
From the North
Take I-4 West to the Fairbanks Ave. exit. Turn left onto Fairbanks Avenue and drive approximately 2 miles to the Park Ave. Turn LEFT (north) onto Park Ave. heading away from the main campus. Proceed north on Park Avenue two blocks. Turn right onto Lyman Ave. The parking garage is half-way down the block on the right.
From State Road 436 and Aloma
Head west on Aloma, past Lakemont Avenue. Aloma turns into Fairbanks. Continue to the Park Ave. Turn RIGHT (north) onto Park Ave. heading away from the main campus. Proceed north on Park Avenue two blocks. Turn right onto Lyman Avenue. The parking garage is half-way down the block on the right.
From Orlando International Airport
Take State Road 436 (Semoran Blvd) North from the Airport, approximately 10 miles, to the intersection of State Road 436 and Aloma (the first intersection after University Blvd). At Aloma turn left and continue approximately 2 miles to Park Avenue. Turn RIGHT (north) onto Park Ave. heading away from the main campus. Proceed north on Park Avenue two blocks. Turn right onto Lyman Avenue. The parking garage is half-way down the block on the right.
Directions from Truist Parking Garage to 422 W. Fairbanks Building
The 422 W. Fairbanks Building is an 8-minute walk (0.4 miles) from the Truist Parking Garage.We will validate your parking when you arrive at our office.
- Exit the parking garage onto Park Avenue and walk towards the Rollins gateway entrance at the intersection of Fairbanks Avenue and Park Avenue.
- At the intersection, cross Fairbanks Ave, turn right and continue walking towards 422 W. Fairbanks Building.
- Your destination will be on the left (glass building before the railroad tracks). Human Resources | Payroll |Risk Management is located on the 3rd floor in the building.
